Barcelona Babysitter

Child psychologist and mother of Amelia. Laura started working as a Barcelona Babysitter in 2017. Passionate about children, she has worked with children for many years. Having the experience as a psychologist and mother she is very aware of the qualifications the ideal babysitter should have.

Originally from Guatemala, Laura enjoys the diversity, culture, and excitement Barcelona has to offer. With the help of Zac, her business partner and husband, the agency runs smoothly and has been growing ever since Barcelona Babysitter was founded in 2011.

All the babysitters we work with have been carefully selected, interviewing each one of them personally and checking their background and references. They are all highly qualified, have great skills and love working with children.

Business consultant and father of Amelia. Zac has helped Laura manage the business from the beginning and genuinely enjoys working with children. As a program manager in Buenos Aires, Zac was responsible for leading a group of four to six students through engaging, creative educational adventures that were geared toward helping them practice and use English, generally in a three-day camp setting.

Originally from Atlanta, Zac has worked internationally since 2013. He enjoys the nature that Barcelona and its surroundings have to offer. You can regularly find him riding his bike with Amelia tagging along.
