HOW WE SELECT OUR BABYSITTERS

Putting together the best team of babysitters is not an easy task. We focus on experience, care, professionalism and multilingualism. Read how we make sure you'll get the best care for your children. 

Each day we receive emails of people interested in working as a nanny or babysitter. Every email is different and we can't deny that this is a very important first step in our selection process. Here are some advices: 


- Start the email with a friendly opening phrase

- Always tell something about yourself and your experience

- Explain WHY you want to work as a nanny or babysitter

- include your CV


You might think "that's obvious"... but you couldn't imagine the amount of emails we get that lack information and miss a professional resume. 


*please don't write: "how can I become a part of your team?" the answer is above and to make it even easier, we have an application form on our "contact" page of our website.


The second step is a personal interview were we talk about your previous experience, your motivation, time availability and language skills. What we really like to see here is your social skills and appearance. We need to feel that we'd be comfortable leaving our own children with you and that we can send you to any luxury, 5 star hotel in the city. 


In case we have a great feeling and think you are eligable to become part of our team, the paperwork follows: criminal background check is required, personal references will be checked by us, application form and contract are signed.
